This error is generated in MS Dynamics and relayed back to Marketo
Check the Marketo Error logs in Dynamics for the error "insert[number] " and see if the logs give you any info indicating the cause of the error
If you are unable to determine the cause of the error, gather the Marketo Logs and Marketo Error Logs from Dynamics and open a support case for further assistance. You may need to include your Dynamics admin on the case
