&lt;P&gt;When trying to approve the Launchpoint connection between Marketo and Webex you receive the following error:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;FailedWebex API call error: validation: Parsing Error : An invalid XML character (Unicode: 0x1b) was found in the element content of the document.?Line : x? Column : xxx? [Webex exception ID = '999999']&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
 &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;DIV style="font-weight: bold;  width: 70%; border-bottom: margin: 10px 0px; padding-bottom: 3px;"&gt;&lt;H3&gt;Solution&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Issue Resolution
&lt;P&gt;This error is being produced by Webex.&amp;nbsp; To resolve, go into Launchpoint and re-enter the login credentials.&lt;BR /&gt;If error persists, delete and re-add the Launchpoint service as per documentation:&lt;/P&gt;
